Brief of The Project:
Maitrox did mobile phone after-sales management service in India for a well-known domestic mobile phone brand. It included after-sales spare parts management, overseas spare parts after-sales maintenance system, after-sales service management, local service provider management, international and local logistics transportation, regional and local warehouse management, etc.
Challenge of The Project:
n The management and control for the whole process that started from the mobile phone spare parts were delivered from China to other countries and bad spare parts were delivered from other countries to China.
Breakthrough of the Project:
n Monthly repair order: 8,000 (including IW & OOW)
n Monthly repair order of ESC: 3,955; Through doing “one-hour quick repair” for this mobile phone brand, its PAL achieved 90%
n Average PAL of OBD was 93.74%, and average PAL of 3BD was 97.01% within six months
