Brief of The Project: 

Maitrox helped a well-known domestic mobile phone brand to set up after-sales service system of oversea market in India. Maitrox helped the mobile phone brand complete the transformation of its layout from ASP to ESC, the change and creation after-sales service management models within three months, and finally helped to increase its ASPs from 13 to 50 in India.


Challenge of The Project:   

n The management and control for the whole process that started from the mobile phone spare parts were delivered from China to other countries and bad spare parts were delivered from other countries to China.

n  The transformation of mobile phone spare parts supply models. It had to give ESC the function of DC.

Breakthrough of The Project:   

n  Helped the mobile phone brand complete the transformation of its layout from ASP to ESC

n  ASP was increased from 13 to 50

n  Monthly repair order: 80,000 (including IW & OOW); Consumed over 10,000 spare parts

n  Average PAL of 0BD was improved from 65% to 95%

n  Maitrox helped the mobile phone brand solve the delivery problem due to the supply quality from suppliers within one month. It efficiently reduced the complaint volume from clients.
