Maitrox cooperated with a well-known domestic intelligent product OEM, and provided global after-sales service package management for the mobile phones that the OEM processed. The service range covered 24 countries. The service included after-sales spare parts management, overseas spare parts after-sales maintenance system (CRM), after-sales service management and local service provider management (ASP).
