Brief of The Project:   

Maitrox did VMI-HUB service for a well-known computer brand. As the internal computer brand company would encounter inventory KPI examination problem at every particular time stage. If the inventory had not been consumed in time, it might cause a great amount of inventory backlog and inventory management cost. However, when the production line needed materials in time, no inventory in hand would be a big problem for the company. As a service provider from the third party, Maitrox set up HUBs directly beside its production line, helped the company do inventory transfer, and provided 7*24 service for the company. Maitrox promised that we would “reply the needs within two hours and send the materials to the production line within half an hour”.
